Javier, a 45-year-old man, married and with a monotonous life, is tempted by a friend to try a dating app. There he meets the young Mónica, who seduces him with spicy messages and daring photographs. When Mónica invites him to spend a romantic night together, Javier accepts by going to her house and falling into the trap of Oscar, a sociopath with a desire for revenge.
Director, screenwriter, producer and editor who has won international awards with his film, television and advertising projects. In 2017 he was awarded as Most Promising Director at the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival. He debuted with the feature film El cerro de los dioses (2019). Deviant is his second feature film as director and screenwriter.
