Álex de la Iglesia
Director, producer and scriptwriter from Bilbao. Author of some of the most relevant films in Spanish cinema in recent years: The Day of the Beast (1995). Common Wealth (2000), 800 Bullets (2002), The Last Circus (2010), Perfect Strangers (2017) … He was president of the Spanish Film Academy between 2009 and 2011.
